ここ数年の研究で、心臓発作や心筋梗塞など心臓にかかわる多くの病気に効果のある治療が見つかった。３つの経口型血液凝固阻止剤の新薬がここ最近５０年にわたるワルファリンに初めてとって代わる治療薬として期待されている。
これらの新薬の効果と有効性ははリバロキサバン薬の治験ROKET－AF試験とアピキサバン薬のARISTOTLE試験を通して証明された。
これらの治験の研究者でありメインの出資者でもあるサリム・ユーサフ氏は他の治験でのこれらの新薬の効果についての発表を行った。PURE試験は心臓に関する病気を持つ患者を１７カ国から約１５万人を対象に調査した。
これらの患者は薬での治療の場合、安価で安全な薬が手に入る状況になければならないが、アフリカでは約８０％の患者が一切の薬をとっておらず、先進国でも半分以下の患者しか薬を手に入れていない。
こうした医療格差がエイズ拡大などの問題を通して人権問題へと発展しており、安価で信用のある薬が多くの手に渡るためにはもっと多くの研究者や投資家が必要であると同氏は訴えている。

With all of the concerns associated with tanning and the sun today Melanotan is considered to be a safe alternative in the UK. While it has not been FDA approved in the US, the UK can still benefit from this unique tanning experience. Even though many people have heard of Melanotan, not many know what it is or how it’s being made. Since understanding is half of the battle here are a few of the things you may want or need to know about the new tanning method that has been labeled the “Barbie drug.”
Melanotan is made in a safe laboratory using 1000mg (1 gram) of the product. It is synthesized to its purest form so that it looks like pure crystals when the process is done. Melanotan actually first became popular around five years ago. At that time they weighed everything out individually into vials but customers soon started complaining that their vials were half empty. That is when the freeze drying process started. The process involves dissolving 1000mg of Melanotan II crystals into 200ml of sterile water. Then 2ml of sterile water is injected into 100 vials. This makes each vial 10mg. The vials are then put into freeze dry machines for 24 to 48 hours. This gives you the fluffy appearance that the crystals have when you get the vial of Melanotan II. The vials are then taken to a completely sterile room to be sealed under what is called the GMP or Good Manufacturing practice.
